Asorify is built with privacy in mind. We collect the bare minimum needed to run a personal time-blocking calendar — nothing more.
1. What We Collect
- Email address: Only to create/login to your account and send essential service emails (password reset, account notifications).
- Your calendar data: Time blocks, categories, colors, notes, and reflections you create — stored encrypted at rest where possible.
We do NOT collect: IP addresses, device info, location, browsing behavior, analytics data, cookies for tracking, or any usage metrics.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and sync your calendar across devices you log in from.
- To authenticate you and secure your account.
- Your notes and blocks stay yours — we never read, sell, or use them for anything else.
3. Sharing & Third Parties
We do not share, sell, or rent your data.
- Payment processor (Stripe): Handles subscriptions — we never see card details.
- Email service (if used for resets): Minimal, transactional only.
- No analytics, ads, or tracking providers.
4. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored securely (encrypted where feasible). We use industry-standard protections. No perfect security exists, but we minimize what we hold.
5. Your Rights
Email us at hello@asorify.com to:
- Access or export your data
- Delete your account and all data (irreversible)
- Ask questions
We respond within legal timeframes (e.g., 30–45 days under applicable laws).
6. Changes
If we ever must change practices (unlikely), we'll notify you via email and update this page.
